The above named BBC documentary series featuring the Wilkinson’s Lemonade Factory disaster begins filming at the Tyneside Cinema next week.
A recent appeal for survivors in the Whitley Bay News Guardian brought a fantastic response from readers. The BBC will be interviewing several of those who survived the bombing and also relatives of the men who were awarded medals for bravery that night.
We will be at the filming to record the reminiscences of those involved for this website.
